Columbus bath truly works miracles. We absolutely hated our MasterBath shower. It was small and just basic. While we are new home the builder went with basic specs and material. Columbus Bath made it truly easy to make decisions. From the start Michelle listened to wanted we wanted and made great recommendations. She was helpful, thoughtful and nice the whole step of the way. We where kept informed every step of the way. The install took 1 day for the most part. During the install they put clothes on floors from front door to bathroom so as to not make a mess. Even they made great recommendations when it came to choosing where to put grab bars and such. We absolutely LOVE our new shower. There isn't a thing we would change. You can't go wrong by having Columbus Bath do your work. I definitely would use them again.

We are so pleased with our bathroom and could not be happier. The whole experience was wonderful. Michelle and her team were extremely helpful and great to work with. We got exactly what we wanted for a very fair price. The installation team went above and beyond as well. I have already sent some friends your way. Remodeling a bathroom can be a daunting process, however Michelle and the rest of the team made sure the whole process from start to finish was a pleasant, headache free experience. The installation was done professionally, expeditiously, with high quality materials, and by people who have decades of experience. They were able to coordinate major plumbing repairs that were discovered during demo in a very timely manner. They care about their work and take pride in delivering a finished product that I was happy with, discussing and explaining every step along the way.

Making the decision to update my shower was a difficult one for me. I met with another company first, and their high-pressure caused me so much stress I was not sure how I was going to get this done. I met with Michelle after a friend’s recommendation and from the start, I was excited about this project. She was kind, patient and worked within my budget to help me update my shower and I love it! The installers were prompt, professional and very good to work with. I am so glad I decided on Columbus Bath Design!

We discussed placement of items, esthetic details, additions to the contract, and nearly every other aspect of the baths every time they were on site. Their care of the other rooms in my house couldn't have been more carefully thought out. Dust and debris were kept at a bare minimum. All the "Craftsmen" were very skilled. They worked diligently without wasting time. And yet, the quality of their work was impeccable. There were no sloppy shortcuts. The price we agreed on at the onset was the price at completion with one exception. I asked to change an item during construction. The difference in cost to me was minimal and very acceptable. Besides being professionals, these guys were very personable, polite, and presented themselves dressed appropriately. We've all seen workers who don't seem to care about how they look to the customer, and these guys were at the other end of the spectrum. I would not hesitate to engage Columbus Bath Design for my next project, nor recommend it to members of my family. I only hope they will accept. Their showroom is packed with mock-ups and products. Use this company, you won’t be sorry

Working with Columbus Bath Design was a great experience from start to finish. From discussing the details to picking out the pieces and fixtures was a very thorough and exciting process. Everyone who worked and/or came to the house was professional and kind. The work was completed very quickly. The staff that worked on the bathroom went above and beyond, even completed some minor details that we expected to do ourselves. Our new bathroom is beautiful; exactly what we wanted!

Our latest bathroom remodel was the second one for us with Columbus Bath Design. Both projects were delivered on time with excellent craftsmanship!

The two installers were very cordial and did a great job. Compliments were also received from friends. As a matter of fact, I also have a quote (which will be modified slightly) for my bedroom shower conversion. I will be requesting the same installers. And hopefully it can be done before cold weather sets in.

What a great bathroom remodeling company! Michelle did a wonderful job designing a low-maintenance, safe shower remodel for our narrow 1931 bathroom. The room looks so bright and clean now, the new fixtures work beautifully, and cleaning takes almost no time at all. Plus, we now have stylish grab bars, a non-slip shower pan, and a larger drain that won’t get clogged with hair. Michelle suggested removing some wall tile to extend the new Onyx wall slabs in the shower enclosure to the door molding, and we are really pleased with the result. The 3-person installation crew, led by Kevin, got the whole job — including replacing two toilets — done in 8 hours. They showed up on time, were very pleasant, and they cleaned up after themselves. There were a few minor issues after the job was done, and Michelle sent Matt over. He made everything perfect, and he was just as nice as the rest of the crew. Columbus Bath Design gave us a fair price. They are one of the best contractors we’ve had in the 24 years we’ve lived in this old house.

First, working with Michelle was the best! She has so much experience and patience and we attribute loving our new shower so much to the wonderful way she listened to our needs and then proposed choices and solutions. Then came the day of installation and we had two gentlemen appear with all the goodies to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower. They were delightful, professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and left our home cleaner than when they arrived. It was absolutely the best experience and I would never think about anyone else if we were going to remodel any bathrooms again.

This is the second bathroom remodel that Columbus Bath Design has completed for us. They are the only bathroom remodeling company who was willing to provide an itemized estimate. They allowed us to tailor the project to exactly what we wanted, including custom tile work on the floors and walls. We have worked with many contractors and they have been one of the most professional and organized. It was a smooth experience from start to finish; highly recommend.

We worked with Brad on the design of our bathroom and he was great to work with. The workmanship is high quality and materials are top of the line. Andy and his team completed the installation in 4 days. It was amazing to watch the progress happen so fast! We love our new bathroom and would highly recommend CBD.

As we were looking into replacing our shower, Columbus Bath Design was our first stop. We had other companies come out and they showed us their products. We weren’t happy with the appearance of their products. We promptly went back to Columbus Bath and signed a contract with them. The installers were friendly and did an amazing job. We love how our shower looks. Don’t waste your time with other companies. Go directly to Columbus Bath Design. You won’t regret it.

My spouse and I were so excited after getting the estimate. It was more than other companies, but we thought it was worth having peace of mind. We paid extra to have a protective coating on the glass. The coating company suggests rinsing with cold water. We found that was doable especially to cutdown in the amount of cleaning. Unfortunately water comes out onto the floor when doing so. My dog then tries to lap it up if we leave him in the bathroom when showering. We are concerned with him being a small puppy that it isn’t good for him. We use more paper towels drying the floor than the last shower with a similar door. We have found companies all seem to use the same subcontractors. So we wouldn’t use the most expensive company again. This definitely has been a learning experience. We don’t want any more remodeling projects for a while! We didn’t enjoy this remodeling project.

Outstanding. Unbelievable craftsmanship, stewardship, and cleanliness. Columbus Bath Design was used after I experienced the "remodel from hell" for my bathroom and I could not be more pleased with the result. However, with Columbus Bath Design, I was beyond pleased with the price and the effort from the team to actualize what I wanted the bathroom to look like. The team did their homework before the remodel such that I was asked 1 question during the remodel regarding where I would want the shower niche placed. I would recommend this team to anyone. The team did an exceptional job. A big thank you to Emily, Cam, and Kevin.

We used Columbus Bath Design 10 years ago (they were under a different name but the same company, same ownership) to remodel our master bathroom. I am happy to say we are still enjoying our bathroom. The vanity and sinks are still easy to keep clean and looking like new. The smaller jetted tub and larger shower fit our needs well. Everyone was professional and provided a quality product with quality installation. I stopped by yesterday to pick up a new shower door sweep (eventually you want to treat yourself to a new perfectly clean one) and was pleased to see the original owner and a wonderfully polite young man to assist me. We made a good decision 10 years ago and recommend them still today.

I have been errant in not writing this glowing review about this amazing company. From the beginning, working with Michelle and her team was great. She took time to understand us and helped us through the entire process. But even more importantly, her installation crews were incredible. Unlike most remodelers, these guys came exactly on time and were there the entire day as we were told. The next day, they only had touch ups to do, the installer told us when he would stop by and came right on time. Their workmanship was exceptional. In fact, with such an amazing experience with one bathroom AND a very reasonable cost, we decided to have them do a second bathroom. That experience was just as incredible. I wish all remodelers would operate like Columbus Bath Design.

We had such an amazing experience with Columbus Bath Design! This was our first big remodeling project so we had a lot of questions, and Michelle was always willing to answer each one and was incredibly patient as we finalized our proposal. We never felt pressured and she always answered promptly. Obtained a variety of estimates for a tub/shower/door replacement. Meeting Michelle in the showroom helped me visualize my many options. Communication from start to finish was clear, prompt and forthright. There was absolutely no upselling whatsoever. Install was efficient, thorough and clean. After nearly ten months, I inquired about correcting a dripping faucet and a slight, tiny dent in the shower header. Once again, Michelle quickly responded, obtained the replacement parts and had them replaced/installed in a little over a week. I highly recommend Michelle and her team for your next bath remodel, hands down.

Columbus Bath Design did an amazing job with my bathroom!!! Michelle was a great designer and their showroom made the design process very easy. Everything was right there to pick from. The cost is very reasonable and Michelle detailed out all the expected charges with no surprises once the project was complete. We had a scheduled date for the project to start and they actually started on that date (no delays). Sean and Matt did a great job on the installation and they worked very quickly. The project was completed in a timely fashion and I am so happy with my new bathroom! I would highly recommend Columbus Bath Design to anyone that wants to remodel their bathroom. A positive experience for our bath remodel. Impressed with the professionalism and expertise of staff. All our questions and concerns addressed. Staff always arrived on time. Respectful of our house as always left at end of day with optimal cleanup. The project completed in timely manner( except for delay in shower door installation since glass company sent wrong thickness glass). Extremely satisfied with quality of all materials. Pricing and estimates very detailed. We hired Columbus Bath and Design to renovate our bathroom and they were amazing. At every step of the process every single member of their team (from the salespeople to the installers) was responsive, professional, understanding, pleasant, and (most importantly?) they did a fantastic job with our bathroom and completed it on-schedule. We love our newly renovated primary bath from Columbus Bath Design. The design process was easy, and Joey helped bring my ideas to life making some very helpful suggestions along the way. Fully recommended. Columbus Bath Design worked with us to tear out and install a new shower. They made time after 5 pm to review design choices in their showroom so that we could be there after work. It was about 2 months from deposit to installation. The installation process was under a full day and the installers were very attentive to detail. Would definitely work with them again!

From the start to the completion, a professional team of skilled employees gave me exactly what was promised. Me and my wife are very pleased on how the workmanship and professionalism turned out on our walk in shower, and we can not stop talking about it to our friends. Our bathroom turned out insanely good, even better than we could have imagined. Awesome modern finishings and hardwares to really complete the space. Joey Michelle and team were a 5 star company to work with. We have already begun a second project with their referral, and will hopefully be completing our second bathroom later this year! Michelle and the installation crew gave us the best installation experience we've had with remodeling.our 2 bathrooms. After the project started, it required a tweak to make things work and they flexible to accomodate the change and delivered above and beyond our expectation. Her installation crew was knowledable, professional and a treat to have working in your home... very respectful of your property. We absolutely recommend Columbus Bath Design! We are a repeat customer, as they initially renovated our master bathroom as well as built a new laundry room several years ago; we were so impressed with their communication, workmanship, and overall partnership, that we then had them renovate our children's bathroom several years later. I worked with Joey and Michelle, and they are wonderful people. Every person that entered this home was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and trustworthy. Because bathrooms are their niche, they are extremely skilled and efficient in their workmanship. I was also impressed with how they handled "hiccups" - which are inevitable during renovations - as they strived to make it right. We recently had an issue with our glass shower door hinge coming loose. Keep in mind, this is nearly two years after they renovated the bathroom. I reached out to Michelle, and she had someone come fix it within a week, free of charge. They truly stand by their work and reputation!

My wife and I are very pleased with how our two bathrooms turned out. Michelle was very patient and collaborated with us over a couple of months until we developed a final plan. Taking our time to consider various options, and make our choices really made us happy with the final project. The project team also was very professional and performed quality work.

This is the second bathroom we’ve had done by Columbus Bath Design. They are amazing! Michelle was very thorough in helping me choose everything to make our bathroom a complete updated look. We didn’t have a long wait time to get it done, and when they started they worked to get it done quickly, but with good workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We had gotten a second quote and that company was much higher in price.

Fantastic and very personal service. We adored the intensity with which they worked to ensure we got what WE wanted, down to the most minor details, while also not pushing back on things we'd do ourselves (like painting or accessory installation, which they WOULD do if we requested). The crew was polite and non-intrusive, which is AMAZING considering we couldn't use the bathroom for four days 😂 Seriously, I personally worked from home the entire time, and never once felt bothered. Everyone was informative, friendly, and prompt. We'd recommend Columbus Bath Design ANY day.

We do not normally leave reviews, but our experience with Columbus Bath Design was great from beginning to end. They started and finished as scheduled, and every person from the showroom to the install crew was pleasant, helpful, and easy to have in our home. But most importantly, the outcome was just as we hoped and planned.

We are very pleased with every aspect of working with Columbus Bath Design. The showroom was perfect for helping us narrow down the seemingly endless choices for the design. Michelle and Joey both did a great job in assisting us in the planning and design. The crew were prompt, professional and efficient. Follow-up was timely. They started on the projected start date and completed 95% of the project in three days. The remainder was completed as soon as the shower panels arrived (two weeks later as per the plan). The master bath looks great and the price was fair (especially compared to several of the other quotes that we received). We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a remodeled bathroom.

The bathroom looks great. We love it. Our experience from the beginning was exceptional. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us through the design process. And the install crew were amazing. They arrived and left exactly as scheduled. The whole remodel took just over a day. I highly recommend Columbus Bath Design. Great people to work with from showroom to worker and job was complete in the time frame quoted. They workers went way beyond being helpful, polite, and cleaned up every day before they left. We had a shower remodel back in November 2023, and the whole process was great! Scheduling and design we very streamlined and everyone involved really seemed to listen to us. Any questions we had were addressed, and when we contacted them after install about a concern, they were very quick to respond and investigate. The shower itself is beautiful, and the seems much sturdier than the previous unit. They also started earlier and finished much earlier than anticipated, which is fantastic! We recommend them to anyone who asks, and will definitely look to them when it comes to the other bathroom.

Columbus Bath Design was fantastic! They communicated extremely well with us and quoted us a much lower price than other companies….and they were able to do way more services than others companies we looked into! We have a small bathroom, so we weren’t sure what all we could do, but wow what a transformation! Our home was built in the 60s, so we gutted everything and started from scratch. Believe me when I say that we are more than happy with both bathrooms. Emily's assistance in selecting the colors, features and material was great. The updated changes are wonderful .and accommodating for my husband's mobility issues. The workmen were so friendly and polite. Such hard workers from start to finish. They cleaned the work area each day and at the end of the job. We did not feel inconvenienced at any time.

From the initial planning of our master bath renovation through completion, our experience with Columbus Bath Design was seamless! Michelle was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions. The work ethic of Andy, Keith, Matt and Clayton was absolutely amazing, making sure everything was accomplished to perfection. Except for the shower glass, the job was completed in four days. Columbus Bath Design provided us with an affordable, yet expensive looking update for our girl's bathroom shower and vanity. Their staff treated us like family and communicated with us through out the whole process. It was also good to know that they do not contract their services out. Their installation team was thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They did such an impeccable job, that we plan to use Columbus Bath Design this year to redo our master bathroom.

We needed to completely gut our small master bath (including old soffits) and use a custom designed cabinet that has been sitting in our basement for five years. Columbus Bath Design was great at all levels - helping design the space to maximize a new shower, picking out flooring and countertop, moving plumbing, etc. The entire team was efficient, professional and great to work with. There was no high pressure sale, no pressure to have everything done at the same time or everything done that was recommended. Working alongside Emily to design our bathrooms in their main facility was a great experience, not stressful as she took the time to explain lots of great information. Here we also met Michelle and Joey, who took over communication once everything was settled and we were ready to redesign our bathrooms. Communication is very easy with Columbus Bath Design, they provide frequent updates, are easy to reach, and absolutely worth the wait for the bathroom installs. They are a family owned business and you can tell that everyone who works with them are friends and family. Keith, Kevin, Andy, Sean, Cam, the Matt's, and everyone who worked in our house was very professional, skilled, friendly, communicated regularly, and happy to answer any questions. The outside contractors they recommend for plaster and painting, Gilberto and Robin, provided exceptional work.
